Traveling to San Antonio
There are many options for getting around downtown San Antonio after you arrive. Find maps and downtown transportation and parking information here.
Air Travel: San Antonio International Airport
San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is approximately 15 minutes from the San Antonio River Walk. There are many transportation options available from the airport.
Parking Information
If you’re driving to San Antonio for TCEA, plan to park your vehicle at one of the many parking lots and garages found in downtown San Antonio.
Hotel Information
TCEA has secured discounted rates at hotels located near the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Discounted rates are available when you make your reservation online through the TCEA housing website.
TCEA Housing Policies
Attendees: Registration for the 2027 TCEA Convention & Exposition is required before reserving a hotel room. You will receive a link to the TCEA housing website after you complete your convention registration. Each attendee may make up to five room reservations.
Exhibitors: The link to make room reservations is located in the Exhibitor Services Center.
Housing Assistance
Orchid Events is the official housing partner of the 2027 TCEA Convention & Exposition.
Starting September 10, Orchid Events will be available by phone and email to assist attendees with hotel needs.
Requests for group blocks of 10 or more rooms require TCEA approval and are subject to availability. Group block requests may be made via the online form on the TCEA housing website.
